RESTAURANT
Savor the flavors of Salento!
Our master chefs present Italian cuisine through a true gastronomic journey, exploring the most intriguing flavors and trends of Pugliese and Salentine cooking.
The restaurant features two dining areas: an indoor room and an outdoor one, both set within a tropical garden with bamboo. The beautiful indoor room is characterized by large windows and is air-conditioned.
The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00, for lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:00. During dinner, you will almost daily find, in addition to the indoor buffet, an outdoor barbecue offering meat or fish.
The service is a buffet with stations for appetizers, first courses, main courses, fruit, and desserts. Water and house wine are included with meals. Guests can choose from a wide selection of local and national wines, as well as various soft drinks. For those with celiac disease, the following products are always available: toast at breakfast, pasta and bread for lunch and dinner (no products other than those listed are provided).
One day a week will be dedicated to “Salentine Night”, featuring games, pizzica dancing, and a large buffet of traditional cuisine. The evening is accompanied by Salentine music and some surprises that you’ll discover.
Every evening at dinner, you will be welcomed at the restaurant entrance by our entertainment team. They will keep you company with live music, dancing, and different fantasy characters for each chosen theme, along with mascots for the little ones. There will also be dinner shows and poolside parties with fruit and dessert buffets during the Salento evening.
ENTERTAINMENT Fun for all ages!
The daily program is an exciting mix of entertainment, music, and top-level sports. Adding to the fun and keeping you company will be the village mascot: ANNINO THE DOLPHIN!
To enhance the offerings, we include special days, themed weeks, impromptu events, themed evenings, and a rich schedule of late-night activities spanning the pool, sports fields, and relaxation area. The Kid’s World is a highlight of our service, featuring a range of scheduled activities, as well as soccer and dance schools.
And that’s not all: creative workshops, Nutella Party, cooking classes, theater workshops, English courses, targeted sports programs to explore new disciplines, and many more activities…
POOLS a dive into relaxation!
Surrounded by lush greenery, you’ll have the pleasure of relaxing in one of the village’s three pools: a large pool with a beach effect and waterfall, a pool with a monitored water slide managed by the animation staff, and a pool designed for the little ones.
The shade of our lush tropical park and the gentle sway of the hammocks complete the setting.
The pool, moreover, becomes the venue for numerous entertainment activities from 4:00 PM, such as aquagym, group dances, Caribbean dances, and yoga.
Two lifeguards are always on duty at our pools to assist guests. The use of a swim cap is mandatory.
BAR AND AMPHITHEATER Coffee, cocktails, and entertainment
Escape from the everyday and immerse yourself in our tropical paradise! Our village is perfect for disconnecting from the routine. Our bar and its lounge area host, at specific times, card tournaments and entertainment activities such as the coffee game, the piano bar with timeless karaoke, and the disco bar for late-night fun.
Didn’t make it to the restaurant for breakfast? No problem! Our “sleepyhead corner” awaits you with steaming coffee, croissants, and everything you need to start your day with energy!
Evening performances for adults and children take place every night at the Amphitheater: music, dance, magic shows, and many other surprises from our animation staff!
SPORT Many activities for all tastes
The sports disciplines scheduled for the summer will be numerous, catering to all tastes (both for adults and children).
The new feature will be the outdoor Technogym gym in the area of the third pool.
You can also enjoy: Aqua Gym, Aqua Fitness, Postural Gymnastics, Yoga, Flying Yoga, Caribbean Dance, Running, Tennis, Five-a-Side Football, Volleyball, and Bocce. All the sports offered by the village can be practiced free of charge.
And it doesn’t stop there. As part of the sports program, there will be special weeks, promoted on our social channels, featuring “Event” sports disciplines such as Self-Defense, Shiatsu, Sambafit, Beach Tennis, and much more.
EXCURSIONS Discover the beauty of Salento
Salento is a place of a thousand wonders. It’s a unique region made up of many small gems of beauty to visit. From Otranto to Lecce, from Santa Maria di Leuca to Gallipoli, the Poetry Cave, the Bauxite Quarry, and from the small towns of the Salentine interior to the coastal locations.

PLAY AREA "ANNINO PARK" the kids' favorite
In the large green area of Araba Fenice Village, there is a play area with slides, swings, inflatables, and a large gazebo where the animation staff organizes fun activities for the little ones.
Additionally, near the village bar, there are ping-pong tables, foosball, and video games for the kids.
PARKING Relax for your car too
In the area in front of the Casbah, guests of Araba Fenice Village have access to a large, free, outdoor, and unguarded parking area where you can park your car during your stay at the village.
The shuttle train service between the village and the beach means you don’t need to use your own vehicle to reach the “I Caraibi del Salento” establishment.
THE SHUTTLE TRAIN Reach the beach with us
Every day, starting from 8:30 AM, a convenient shuttle train service will take you to our beach “I Caraibi del Salento”, allowing you to leave your car behind and enjoy a hassle-free trip to the shore.
The shuttle train will depart from both the beach and the village every half hour. A short break in service is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Service ends at 7:00 PM.
