Our master chefs present Italian cuisine through a true gastronomic journey, exploring the most intriguing flavors and trends of Pugliese and Salentine cooking.
The restaurant features two dining areas, one indoor and one outdoor, both set amidst a tropical garden with bamboo. The beautiful indoor dining room features large windows and is air-conditioned.
The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00, for lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:00. During dinner, you will find almost every day, in addition to the internal buffet, an outdoor barbecue offering meat or fish.
The service is a buffet-style setup, divided into stations: appetizers, first courses, main courses, fruit, and desserts. Water and house wine are included with meals. A wide selection of local and national wines, as well as various soft drinks, is available to guests. For guests with celiac disease, the following products are always available: toasted bread at breakfast, and pasta and bread at lunch and dinner (no additional products beyond those listed are provided).
One day a week will be dedicated to the “Salentine Night”, featuring games, pizzica music, and a large buffet of traditional cuisine. The evening is accompanied by Salentine music and some surprises for you to discover.
