Sports fields activities for all tastes
The scheduled sports activities are numerous and designed to cater to all tastes, for both adults and children.
Two major new features are:
- An outdoor Technogym gym in the area of the third pool.
- A paddle court available to our guests free of charge.
- Flying Yoga lessons (with hammock)
You can also enjoy: Aqua Gym, Aqua Fitness, Postural Gymnastics, Yoga, Flying Yoga, Caribbean Dance, Running, Tennis, Five-a-Side Football, Volleyball, and Bocce. All the sports offered by the village can be practiced free of charge. And it doesn’t stop there!
As part of our sports programming, we will also feature special themed weeks, promoted on our social media channels, where you can participate in “Event” sports disciplines such as self-defense, Shiatsu, Sambafit, beach tennis, and much more.
Shiatsu Week
Join the Shiatsu Week! A free course will introduce you to Shiatsu, an ancient Japanese technique of finger pressure for physical and mental well-being. You will receive a certificate of participation upon completing the course.
